My Easter Beauty Look/ featuring Paula Dorf Aztec City Eyeshadow Palette & Paula Dorf Teal Mascara

Hi Ladies & gents

I cant believe Easter has come and gone. Its crazy how time is just flying by. I look at my daughter and just want to cry because she is growing so fast. I'm truly trying to just enjoy every moment of each day with her. Do you guys love how her toys have taken over my dining room.lol. I plan on creating a play room soon in my home because its out of control. 

Anyway I decided to share with you guys our Easter looks. I had a mommy and me outfit all setup but decided to nix it and go casual because the prior day was  long and exhausting, so in no way did I want to dress up. I actually like how both our outfits turned out. Her outfit clearly is better than mine. I  got her tutu on Thursday and received it Friday from the lovely +Egreis Gjergjani (StilettoMeUp) and it worked perfect with the little bunny ears I made her. I topped her look off with a cute vest I got on sale currently at Gap outlets.

Annabelles First Play Date

Hi Ladies & Gents,

I Hope all of you had a great weekend. I can say, my weekend  was fabulous because I got to hang with these two little cuties. Annabelle finally had her first play date and it was a success. My daughter goes to a nanny so she is around kids, but I honestly I have had no time to schedule a actual play date until now.

I have been following @Arisays on Instagram for some time now and we have been toying around with the idea of getting her daughter Clover and Annabelle together for a play date, but between baby teething, weather and just schedules we haven’t made it happen till this past weekend.

The instant that these two girls met it was cuteness overload. They chased each other and giggled and some tumbles and a little crying but nothing to ruin the giggle filled day. I can say you guys will be seeing a lot more of these two together this summer. We kept it simple and just hung at Ari’s place, she recently twisted her ankle so we decided to let the girls just run around while we had mommy talk.

It was just so cute to see them interact with each other, especially Clover running and giggling after Annabelle. My daughter is a couple months older than Clover so she has the walking and running down to a science, Clover was trying to keep up and it was just so darn cute.

Mommy and Me mall trip

So lately I have gotten the question of how I plan my mommy and me outfits with Annabelle. It really isn't something that is hard for me to do, because I remember what I have in both our closets. The trick is simply memory. You really have to remember what items are in your closet, so when you are out at stores if one or the other doesn't have a piece to match, you can purchase it. Another trick is getting simple pieces like denim , you can always find a denim shirt, jumpsuit or dress. 

Matchy matchy necessarily doesn't have to mean that either, you can work off the colors of yours or your child's outfit to make it a mommy and me outfit. Either way you should have fun with planning your mommy and me outfits and make it about you and the baby/child. As Annabelle gets older I know there will be a point she will not want to do this with me, but at least I can have the memories to look back on.

Anyway this mommy and me outfit was actually not even planned, I wanted to get out of the house so I just whipped up this outfit quickly so we can go to the mall. I usually plan the night before but this was so last minute and the funny thing its probably my favorite because she looks so darn cute. She had so much fun running around Gap and dancing, which she absolutely loves doing by the way. I know everyone says there kid is such a natural,but literally she dances at any sound of music. I plan on putting her in dance school to see if she likes it when she is 2 or so, but for now I can enjoy her moves.
