Hi
Ladies & Gents,
Yey!
I survived Coachella. When people say
they survived Coachella it truly is an understatement. I don’t want to go into detail on my whole
experience because I plan on doing a
recap via my Youtube chanel, but what I will do is talk about fashion.
When
I think Music Festival I think Boho Chic. Everywhere you turned there were
peasant tops, fringe, flower crowns, flash tattoos, and gladiator sandals. I
teamed up with GoJane to bring
you some of my favorite pieces from
their site that I wore to the festival.
I knew I would be doing a lot of walking, so I made sure I chose
comfortable but stylish sandals and boots. People forewarned me on the dust,
but wow I didn’t realize how bad it was till I got back to my hotel with sand
in my boots. The boots I wore the first day were so comfortable, so I was extremely
happy that I had them on hand.
My
first day look was styled around my hat. I have been dying to wear this hat, so I
knew I wanted to go simple with my look.
I’m obsessed with this peasant top from GoJane, its so perfect for spring and
summer and you will definitely see me wear it differently. I chose to pair the
top with distress shorts and the booties. I topped off my look with this
adorable flower crossbody, which was a
big hit at the festival. I wore less jewelry and went
with flash tattoos. I love flash tattoos because you can use them as an alternative
to jewelry. Overall, I was so happy I
chose this look for the first day because it was simple but still fitting for
the festival. I can tell you one advice
that I would give you guys is to bring a backpack, because it’s just
easy to carry your stuff.
Essentials you must have are a blanket , jacket, camera, wipes, hand sanitizer , and cash. All of these items can fit perfectly into a backpack and I loved mine and plan on using it for trips this summer.

My
second look was more of a desert princess vibe. My mom said I looked like a
festival Princess Jasmine, lol. As soon I
saw this jumpsuit I knew I had to have it, I love the way it falls on my body.
I paired it with a cute gold leaf headband and these adorable studded
sandals. These sandals remind me of the
Valentino rockstud sandals but for a fraction of the price. Second advice I
would give anyone planning on attending Coachella, don’t wear any expensive shoes, they will get dirty,
so don’t do it to yourself. I plan on trying the jumpsuit with heels for a night out, so make sure you keep an eye out this summer for that look.
I
was hoping to wear more looks but by the third night I was extremely tired and
only attended at night. I do plan on wearing some looks I didn’t get to wear
for my trip this week to Miami. I did however link all the looks below so it’s
easy for you to find. Gojane
currently has up to 60% off all their shoes so definitely snag some cute items
for this Spring/Summer. I will also be
doing a second part to my trip with my family. Annabelle travelled with me to
Cali so my older brother can spend time with her. I dressed her Coachella style
so I know all of you would like to see that. Also I will be sharing my favorite
performances and a more detailed review of
Coachella on my Youtube Chanel so stay tuned.
Have
a great rest of your week my loves.
Peace
& Love
Lissette
